Will I receive any physical product?

No. All of our products are delivered as digital downloads. This is awesome because you get everything right away and you can print as many as you need—at an affordable price.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As soon as your purchase is completed, an email will be sent to you with a link for each product you purchased. Click on the link and then save the file for safe keeping. The link will expire 24 hours after the first time you click on it, so make sure to keep the files somewhere safe on your computer!

Any tips for printing my files?

A lot of our products are available in black and white options so they can be printed at home, but we recommend always using a local print shop for better quality. If you're local to Utah County, here are some great options. Each file comes with more detailed printing instructions. We recommend bringing your own paper and printing several things at the same time to save money.

Can I share my files with friends?

We love that you want to share, and you are more than welcome to print your files for gifts, but distributing the actual digital files is prohibited. 

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not available. If you have a problem with your order, please let us know so we can make it right!
